Integral Life Practice (ILP) is an approach to exercising our multiple dimensions of being in an ongoing and dynamic way. There are four core modules within an ILP: Body, Mind, Spirit, and Shadow. In addition to these keystones there are also auxiliary practices such as relationship, parenting, environmental activism and so on. Below are some of my main practices in these areas.
