I specialize in creating the context and content of integral designs for individual's lives, projects, programs, organizations, and  publications. Individual Integral Coaching^®

I am a certified Integral Coach^™ My coaching practice is fully informed by Integral Theory. As a result I'm able to effectively serve your transformation into new ways of being in a full and complete way. I've been trained by Integral Coaching Canada. Where Joanne Hunt and Laura Divine have developed a unique and powerful methodology based on the AQAL framework.

I am skilled at working with a wide range of people and enjoying working with individuals who know nothing about "integral" as much as those who know lots. I generally work with a person between 5 and 20 sessions which can range betwen 3 and 14 months as sessions are every other week. My coaching approach is particularly suited to those who want to work creatively with their own awareness to flourish in their life. I have an office located in downtown Sebastopol, California where I meet with clients in person and I also do phone sessions. My consulting business is fully grounded in Integral Theory and as a result allows me to serve a variety of projects and organizations. I work within both short and long term contexts and across different scales of complexity.

I have a particular background in ecological and sustainability issues as well as academic efforts. I have designed research, curriculum, on-line programs, coaching programs, courses, seminars, and weekend workshops. All of my designs incorporate integral connections between multiple aspects of reality resulting in effective, aesthetic, and ethical arrangements.
