Announcing the February publication of the long awaited textbook on Integral Ecology:

Integral Ecology: Uniting Multiple Perspectives on the Natural World.

Today there is a bewildering diversity of views on ecology and the environment. In fact, there are more than two hundred distinct and valuable perspectives on the natural world. Integral Ecology unites the insights from these perspectives into a comprehensive framework based on Integral Theory and is the result of over a decade of research. Dozens of real-life applications are examined including three in-depth case studies. In addition, eighteen personal practices are provided for you to develop your own integral ecological awareness. Integral Ecology provides the most sophisticated application and extension of Integral Theory available today, and as such it serves as a template for any truly integral effort.

This book can be pre-ordered here and it will be mailed to you on February 2nd. If you order it through Amazon.com it will not be available until mid-March.

Weighing in at over 800-pages this book is the most substantial academic work in Integral Theory since the publication of Ken Wilber's Sex, Ecology, Spirituality. In fact, it was Wilber's magnum opus that directly inspired and set me in motion writing this text over the last 12 years and getting Michael Zimmerman to join me for the last 5. Together we have produced a book that covers the theoretical and applied dimensions of a new integral approach, which I call the "Who x How x What" framework. I'm very excited to finally have this major work published and am very excited to participate in the dialogue it will generate. So join the conversation - get the book, read it, and contact me - I'd love to hear your thoughts.
